Understanding My Role

 Since I am the cinematographer and cameraman, I have to use the script in a way that brings the vision to life, in a visually appealing, aesthetically pleasing way. I basically have to do all the visual storytelling. I need to plan the technical execution of camera shots. 

As a cameraman, I need to physically control the camera and capture the footage in the best way possible. I have to get the most creative shots possible. I also have to know what settings would be best for a certain shot.
